[How to wash and store]

Glass container:

• Can be washed in the dishwasher.
• After washing with detergent, drain thoroughly and allow to dry naturally before storing.

Bamboo lid:

• Not dishwasher safe.
• Hand wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge.
• After washing, immediately wipe off any water and dry thoroughly.
• The silicone rubber gasket can be removed and washed to prevent mold and deterioration, making it more hygienic to use.
• Store the lid in a dry, well-ventilated place.

Are there any cooking utensils that cannot be used?

It can be used in the oven or microwave up to 400 degrees, but it cannot be used over an open flame, so it cannot be used as a fish grill.

Grills are the hottest cooking appliances, and cooking at high temperatures in a short period of time can cause food to crack.

Is the bamboo lid coated with urethane?
